Our ethos regarding teachers in any field is quite simple.

Ultimately, a teacher's effectiveness matters more than their credentials. While prioritizing teaching quality over credentials is crucial, it's also important to recognize the value credentials can bring in demonstrating expertise and meeting standards."

Exceptional teachers can come from anywhere. When an exceptional teacher brings strength of character and an unquenchable thirst for continued learning, they become a powerful impact on those they teach.
