John Carughi

John Carughi, born into a family deeply rooted in firearms enthusiasm, developed a passion for firearms from a young age. Inspired by his family's legacy and the events of 9/11, he aspired to serve in the United States Marine Corps. After joining the Marines and serving as both a Riflemen and a Marksmanship Instructor, John discovered his love for teaching others.

After the events of the Seattle Riots in May 2020, John's life was changed & he was afforded the opportunity to jump into his passion full steam ahead and explore it in ways he never thought possible. Working with different companies and learning from the shooting heroes he has the privilege to call friends, he explores the passion that his soul craves by developing his skills and knowledge in all aspects of firearms. He constantly strives to find the best ways to pass that knowledge on, whether it's through understanding new equipment, refining his verbiage, drawing from personal experience, or leveraging emotional intelligence. His mission is to broaden the minds of shooters everywhere.

Today, John leads Weapon Snatcher, a company dedicated to firearms instruction, gear design, sales, and video production. His approach blends education and entertainment, constantly innovating and seeking ways to improve. John's journey underscores the importance of heritage, military service, and a commitment to sharing expertise in the firearms industry. His story serves as a testament to the pursuit of excellence and the power of passing on knowledge to others.
